Terms of Service

The simple terms for using Companera and Air Diary. Last updated: July 15, 2026.

Using Companera

Companera provides a website at companera.co and the Air Diary application at airdiary.companera.co. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Air Diary. If you use Companera on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know at hello@companera.co if you notice unauthorized use.

Your content

The entries and notes you create in Air Diary belong to you. We only use them to provide the service to you — for example to show your entries back to you and to let you export them. You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure it does not violate anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
  • Try to disrupt the service, probe its security, or bypass access controls.
  • Upload malware, spam, or content that harasses or endangers others.
  • Use the service to build a competing product by scraping or reverse engineering.

Availability

We work to keep Companera and Air Diary running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available or free of bugs. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from your use of the service.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to give you reasonable notice inside the app.

Ending your account

You can stop using Companera at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@companera.co. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Using Companera means you understand and agree with that policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Companera operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
